I had the pleasure of photographing the Koroll family this past fall at Candle Lake. And let me tell you, what a beautiful family and honestly what a pleasure. They were absolutely wonderful to work with! They are definitely one of my favorite extended family sessions to date.

When I arrived at the lake early that morning there were campers taking a walk down the beach with their morning coffees, the lake was calm, the mist was settling in and it was just so serene, peaceful and gorgeous. The light was absolutely wonderful for our session. AND the best part, near the end of the session they asked if they could go in the water for a few! ABSOLUTELY! (I had wanted to make the suggestion but with it being almost October I knew the water would be freezing.) I was so pleased that they didn’t mind taking their shoes off, rolling up their pant legs and going for a quick dip to finish off.
