Fraya Jovey was born in November to two kind and loving humans; one of which happens to be my lifetime bestie. These two also have the cutest little twins who turned three just prior to their little sisters birth. So of course in this family they had much to celebrate! Fraya Jo made her arrival and I did what all best friends would do. I jumped in my car and drove down to Midale, Sk. to capture her first photos. This little turkey gave me a run for it as she was likely the most wide awake alert little one I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing. And although we tried to wait her out, and get a few sleepy shots, the wide awake ones are truly magical. As those bright eyes were looking right at the camera. (No, I don’t typically travel for newborn sessions, once in a blue moon I make an exception; depending on the time of year, the schedule I already have etc..)

This family is terribly special to me and I look forward to many more sessions together.
