Once the proofs are out to everyone for viewing, know there will be a deadline for orders to be received. The deadline is located in the top right hand corner of the gallery. Please keep the deadline in mind as the gallery WILL archive and access will be gone.

Schools must email over a excel file that includes each classroom, the first and last names of each child in said classroom and the homeroom Teachers name.
Sports teams please send full roster including first and last names, jersey. numbers and parent/guardian emails.
EMAIL the Excel file
Explain to parents / guardians AND teachers the process. Let them know that their child will be bringing home a vital piece of paper that includes the QR Code information to login to view their proofs.
PLEASE do not lose the paper; and be sure to follow the directions laid out on the paper.
