Whitney & Blair had a beautiful day at Elk Ridge Resort for their wedding on July 8, 2017. The morning was spent with the fellas on the golf course. With a 4:00 pm ceremony, we had plenty of time to capture everyone getting ready before the ceremony.
After a beautiful supper at their reception I looked to the sky and could see that we were quickly losing light so I ran to Whitney to see if she would like a few photos before dark. She replied “absolutely, when would you like to do that.” I was like…right now. (As the clouds were coming in fast) So we ran outside and captured this beautiful photo right before a wind/storm hit! It wasn’t long and the wind from the storm was knocking over the bar, wedding decor and anything else in its path. So glad we were able to get out for a few last portraits before the speeches.
