Mary & Chris were married in an intimate front yard ceremony on Saturday July 11, 2020 in Archerwill, Sask; surrounded by gorgeous details and beautiful family and friends. It was perfect! I’ve had the pleasure over the past couple of years to get to know them through sessions.
It started with a couples session years ago, then an engagement session and of course shooting their gorgeous wedding this past summer. And because they had bestowed me the honour of shooting so many sessions with them when it came to their wedding it literally felt like I was there photographing a family members wedding. For this reason it’s always important and fun to work with my clients prior to their wedding day, and why I offer complimentary engagement sessions with my full day wedding package. I love getting to know my couples, becoming friends and knowing that come wedding day we have created a trust. I’m no longer there as the hired help, but rather as their friend, and that trust they give me allows me to be SO much more creative, to know what they want in advance, and also know that everyone is comfortable with each other.
